This page lists known Jade issues and their status.
R renv error from using incompatible dependency
Error messages looks like:
namespace 'Matrix' 1.5-4.1 is being loaded, but >= 1.6.1 is required.
Cause is renv using pre-installed system packages in module 'R-base' without checking version compatibility.
Temporary solution is to manually update affected package first into your renv e.g. 'Matrix'.
Issue has been raised with renv developers (issue #1671), fixed there but waiting for new release.

Slow SSH logins & Conda
For many this is caused by automatic loading of Conda from a network file system
(Ceph).
To resolve this we have collated several Conda configuration optimisations in our documentation;
you can implement these to improve login and loading times: python-cbrg(7).
