Statistics automaton "normalise to cis only" (only cis reads) First Release - launched 14/Jun/2017
Bug fixes and updates (after release) :
09/Nov/2017 Portability improvement - Made the code portable.
08/Nov/2017 Support to new pipe - As the stable versions CS3 and CS4 are out, added the parser to support them too.
04/Jul/2017 Chrash fix - Using CONDITION or CONTROL name as part of the --name parameter caused DEseq2 to crash. Added tester and auto-crasher (with help text) to avoid this.

09/Nov/2017 Portability improvement - Made the code portable.
08/Nov/2017 Support to new pipe - As the stable versions CS3 and CS4 are out, added the parser to support them too.
12/Jan/2017 Improved feature - General improvements to the crash behavior (during R parts) and error and output log readability.
12/Jan/2017 Chrash fix - The "well known crashing" during DEseq2 (which happens when there is NO DIFFERENCE between condition and control, so Deseq2 cannot report anything). It used to crash the whole run to have even one oligo like that. Not any more.
11/Jan/2016 Bug fix - The "alphabet order bug" : that the "control" and "condition" were supposed to be in alphabetical order so, that ALL condition samples sort before control samples. Not any more - i.e. : Now fixed.
10/Jan/2016 Added support - Added support to CB3 and CB4 portable pipelines.
28/Nov/2016 Improved feature - General improvements to the crash behavior (during R parts) and error and output log readability.
28/Nov/2016 Bug fix - The "well known bug" : that also the F6/F4 folder name matters in selecting samples to "control" and "condition". Not any more - i.e. : Now fixed.
